We have this week distributed emails to every applicant and there have been cases where our messages have found their way into the spam section of inboxes.

You are correct in stating that The Big Lunch link has been removed from our website as the offer for the Diamond Jubilee weekend is now closed with all 300,000 free bottles having been claimed.

Applied and received a text saying delivery 24th May waited ALL day no delivery then I get an e-mail saying I'd been unsuccessful sorry I replied to that and "they checked their records" and I am eligible!Then this morning I get an e-mail from TNT saying I had missed their delivery but I can pick up from Warrington (i'm in Manchester)Are you still with me 'cause I'm confused.So long story short -Had Hadn't Had Hadn't (need to collect).

I've still not had a reply from "The Big Lunch" answering my questions regarding their data protection issues.

I have had 3 different emails now from Carling, each one giving a different reason as to why I will not be getting the offer.. One saying postcodes didnt match (but they cant tell me what postcodes they were) One saying I was too late (but Ross registered after me and still got them) and one just saying "due to overwhelming response" type thing..

I know its a freebie but the way Carling (and the Big Lunch) have organised it is terrible.

Carling probably couldnt organise a p1ss up in their own brewery..

Received an email saying my beer was on its way. Nothing has turned up yet.

lifeagency who are running the promotion claim that they do not have any record of me in their database - yet they email me to say the beer is on the way! How does that work?

Absolute shambles.
