The Molson Coors Big Jubilee Lunch Campaign is available from 21st May 2012 – 28th May 2012..
Mobile phone and Internet access required.
Only those who are hosting a recognised 2012 Big Jubilee Lunch street party in celebration of the Diamond Jubilee weekend in the UK will be allowed to claim a free allocation of Carling via the registration on Carling.com to enjoy with those attending their street party over the age of 18.
Offer available to consumers aged 18 or over who are organising a street party as set out in paragraph 3 above. Offer is not open to employees (including families) of the Promoter, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. Hosts making an application for this promotion confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions by doing so.
This promotion is limited to one application per Big Jubilee Lunch Street party throughout the 8-day campaign period.
The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read http://www.drinkaware.co.uk/ for more information.
The allocated number of bottles of Carling will be made based on 1 bottle per street party attendee over the legal age to drink (18 years old) as specified by each 2012 Big Jubilee Lunch street party organiser upon application.
Multiple applications for the same street party will invalidate all applications by that host.
This promotion is only open to those who are organisers of a Big Jubilee Lunch street party. Registrant’s details will be cross referenced with those received by The 2012 Big Lunch.
    Promotion mechanics:
Register your street party with The 2012 Big Jubilee Lunch.
Visit Carling.com and follow The Big Jubilee Lunch tab to register for your free Carling.
Click ‘Get involved’ to go through to the campaign registration page.
Confirm that you are a 2012 Big Jubilee Lunch street party organiser by confirming and clicking continue in the pop up box that appears.
If you are already registered with Carling.com click the ‘Login’ option.

All visitors to the registration page must enter how many bottles of Carling they require for their 2012 Big Jubilee Lunch street party.
Registrants can choose from the following allocation options which will be supplied in accordance with the number of adults over the age of 18 (one bottles each) attending their street party: 15bottles, 30bottles, 45 bottles, 60 bottles,75 bottles, 90 bottles, 105 bottles.
Confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions by clicking the box provided.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure only 1 bottle is issued to each person over the age of 18 years old.
Failure to complete all the relevant steps detailed above will result in your application being invalid.
The Promoter will contact you by email and SMS text message 2 hours prior to delivery. The person registered to receive the delivery text must provide the signature upon delivery. The delivery signature must be provided by the street party organiser who originally registered on Carling.com. Should the registrant not be in to sign for their Carling allocation, delivery will not be made and it will be the responsibility of the registrant to rearrange delivery or collection.
Failure to match your registered details with those of a 2012 Big Jubilee Lunch street party organiser will result in your application being void. Any irregularities between the details provided shall invalidate the host’s application if the Promoter has any concerns about the legitimacy of the host’s application for Carling lager, or that responsible drinking will not be observed at the host’s party. Additionally, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse a host’s application where local laws, best practice or other guidance prevents the Promoter from proceeding. The Promoter reserves absolute discretion in this regard.
Provision of Carling stock will be limited per registered postcode based on the allocation of 1 bottle per adult over the age of 18.
Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
Data will be held and processed in accordance with the latest data protection legislation. We do not pass any consumer information onto third parties.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time due to circumstances outside of its control.

I didn't see an actual date when I applied (we too are having a party with the neighbours) but the terms say:

The Promoter will contact you by email and SMS text message 2 hours prior to delivery. The person registered to receive the delivery text must provide the signature upon delivery. Should the registrant not be in to sign for their Carling allocation, delivery will not be made and it will be the responsibility of the registrant to rearrange delivery or collection.

However, I also remember it saying something about you will have one opportunity to re-arrange delivery to suit, but if you miss it again, you would then miss out or have to pay for re-delivery.
