just got an email saying this so I think I am in?
THANKS FOR REGISTERING!
Once your order has been placed you need to make sure you are available to sign for your Carling delivery. We'll be in touch 2 hours before delivery via email and text to inform you of your delivery time. Please make sure that you're available, as only the Carling.com registrant can sign for your Carling allocation. If you are not over the age of 18, delivery will not be made.
If you're not in to receive yor delivery, we will leave you a note to let you know we were there. You will then have to contact the number on the card to rearrange an alternative delivery date. Unfortunately, this is not time specific. If this delivery fails again you will incur a charge for your Carling to be redelivered.
If for some reason you haven't received your Carling and have not been contacted within 3 days regarding delivery, please call our Consumer helpline on 08457 112 244 (calls charged at local rateI’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. A message to anyone in the same boat as me....
I received a text telling me the beer was due for delivery on Thursday. Once home, I rang the number given and re-arranged delivery for today, between 12-5pm.
I also then got an email telling me I was unsuccessful, and started to wonder whether it was actually being delivered today so I just rang the number again (on the text) and was told to ring TNT on a different number. The lovely man there told me all deliveries have been stopped due to a complication he thinks was ID, and people signing for them when under-age. I explained I had waited in all day, and he said it wasn't up to his company to get back to people. Apparently those successful will receive another email, not text, next week sometime letting us know when to expect it.
I know it's free and all, but someone could've let people know...

I just read on there facebook page that a ladies 14 year old sign signed for her delivery and Carling came back saying that they would get in touch with the delivery company immediately so thats probably why.
I do feel for you having to wait in all day for it not to turn up, freebies or not we still all have things to do and not just wait by the door all day.
Lets hope that we get an email next week then with re delivery.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. 105 bottles of Carling arrived on my doorstep around Thursday lunchtime, so they have definitely been sending out deliveries to some people.
I was quite surprised to see they were the new 450ml aluminum bottles as I was only expecting the small bottles considering they are free...
These will go down a storm at our Jubilee street party next week...
If anybody from Carling happens to read this thread - a big THANK YOU from my neighbours and myself :T0 -
