I received a broken article and I knew before I even opened it that it was broken. I didn't feel good telling the seller, but to his credit, he sent another straight away. And that was after they'd left me a lovely feedback.
Made me wish I hadn't said anything to be honest. But I'd paid for something that I got in bits.
Packing sometimes plays a major part in feedback I think. But that's not just for eBayers.
Big companies are only reliant on the people that pack and deliver the stuff at the end of the day aren't they?0 -
I have bought many bits of glass through ebay. None were broken! They seem to follow a pattern in packaging..its tightly wrapped in bublblewrap....really really tight. Then in box with extra bubble rap or stuff around it .0

My ex would never let me have an elephant in the house but apparently as long as it's trunk faces a door it's not counted as bad luck!"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

I guess I left myself wide open for that one! But believe me, if I could have got a real one in I would
