Last night a bicycle was left on the green bit across from my house. Thinking it belonged to the little lad across the road I took it across to their house. House appeared unoccupied/family asleep (about 10pm) so I opened the side gate and pushed the bike through.

Today I was talking to another neighbour (B) pointed at the green saying a bike had been left there, and at the house where I'd taken the bike, (because I use gesture when I talk) said I wasn't sure if it was the little lads. B told me it couldn't be his, they're away, thought it was another kids...
SUDDENLY another neighbour (name begins with A) came out, closely followed by his wife effing and blinding at us for talking about them , I can (suggestion connection with sex and travel) A KNOWS it is ME who has reported/complained about his work van because someone else told him. Well it wasn't!
Well I will NOT be bullied by a 6 foot hulk with galloping paranoia and a wife who is equally paranoid and equally foul mouthed.
The police have been informed but I am upset and a little bit scared.

In the meantime B has given the bike back to the kid to whom it belongs, I saw that when I got back from the mechanics. I would like to thank him for sorting that out but don't want to trigger another foul-mouthed diatribe.

Also giving her antihistamine, and its an aqueous cream calamine not the liquid stuff. She's being a proper little trooper and not scratching despite being absolutely covered in spots.

    Valli - hugs

Not sure what's happening today yet - my mate's coming over to do some stuff in the garden, we're supposed to be putting the new tent up to make sure that's ok, the old tent's being collected and DH wants to look at cars so we'll see what happens.

    Have a good day all

    Good morning

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday. Swimming lesson with DS2 after work, then he had tea at a friend's while I went shopping for his birthday presents. Back just after 9pm, had something to eat and collapsed before wrapping presents.

This morning I've fastened some balloons to the door and now I'm waiting for birthday boy to get up (he's 8 today :D). Plans for the day include a visit to MIL's, Men in Black 3, tea at a well known fast food outlet (DS2's choice) and a bat watching walk at Wentworth Castle gardens. :j

Flying wise I've got to do the dailies, stick some laundry in and tidy the front room. It looks like a bomb's dropped and at least one person is likely to drop a present off for DS2. Second cup of tea and I'll get cracking!

    Have a lovely day, everyone.

Haven't been around yesterday as managed to finish de-wallpapering!

Did hang some laundry out, DW cycle and quick s&s of kitchen.

Tots are with granny and gramps until tomorrow aft so I'm going to start painting today! Hoping to get most done before they are back. Should be ok if I crack on...

I know decoratring isn't flying but it's still getting the house sorted, so I'm sharing anyway :-)

    Morning ladies

Yesterday I came in and there was a collection of 2 days breakfast stuff plus tea stuff from the day before. DH actually had the cheek to ask DD to clean it. Surprisingly she did without a single moan, also emptying the DW although she left the roasting pan. I therefore relented and washed up the pan. DD will be getting a nice bonus to her pocket money this week :T so hopefully that will keep a smile on her face.

This morning I have hung out DS' washing that he left in the WM yesterday. Have no idea when he was going to sort it as he wasnt home last night and I have no idea when he is back!

I see there is lots still going on so love and hugs to all xx:T
