I love the skill swapping going on! Wish I had a skill like that - mind you, I did hop over the slowly setting floor of the new porch to do some digging and cutting grass in the back garden, which I haven't touched for *weeks*, its almost got really bad again. I think I've saved it tho, as long as I do 2 - 3 sets of 20 mins each week it'll be fine.

What do you actually do, hypno? Is that reflexology or podiatry?

Another broken night's sleep - don't know why though. Oh well.

Today I will be trying to do some matched betting and similar bits and pieces, with a couple of clients thrown in for good luck! I also have a fair bit of paperwork that needs catching up on - ooh how exciting!

KC, I do reflexology - fab!! Skills swapping is a really good way of helping each other out - and no cost involved so even better!

sounds asthough you may need to pop your head on that pillow at some point during the day to. The paperwork will hopefully make you feel quite a bit better and you ARE heading in the right direction. xx
