    Hi Hypno

I have just finished catching up with your diary - it has taken a while (3 weeks worth to catch up on!)!

I just wanted to say I was very sorry to hear about your cat - we have 2 cats who are both getting on a bit (12 and 13) so we are dreading the day when they go to kitty heaven. So I can sympathise.

Humph - everyone has plans up their sleeves, and I have none! I am not sure how I am going to get anywhere near £35000 if I am racing you lot!!

However, I do have a book!!! I had to go out and buy lots of "work" books, spending nothing short of a small fortune - although all for the business, so all tax deductable.

then a book just jumped out at me - well, not literally you understand, otherwise the woman in WH Smith would have had a shock too, but it is entitled:

"Why am I so disorganised? Sort out your Stuff"

It is described as "combining 'how to' hints, such as how to organise your paperwork, with a holistic and insightful approach to the way you might want to live your life, showing you a unique way to develop inner calm by constructively dealing with the disorder that surrounds you" :D:D:D

Either this book has been written specially for me and I will become the calmest most organised person ever, or it will have been a complete waste of money. Let's hope for the former!!!

Hypno I [STRIKE]am [/STRIKE]was a complete sucker for any "sort out your life" books. OH complained recently that it was ironic that my "Clear Your Clutter in this Sure Fire Way" books were actually creating clutter :rotfl: :rotfl:

But the good news is that these books sell really well on Amazon:rotfl: My "Organize Your Life NOW" book went in about 15 minutes :rotfl: So read your book, absorb all the good & relevant bits and then sell it easily!

I am very sceptical about these books, but Hypno if it works for you I'll buy it when you put it on Amazon.

OH has had a book called '42 days to Health, Wealth and Happiness' next to his bed for about 420 days.

I too am sceptical about these books, but this one has a pretty coloured cover too :o

Seaxwyn, perhaps you should Amazon OH's book - see how long it takes before he notices!!

One thing of note - today I reclaimed my dining room table - Pania will know just how awful this task was, having been the only one of you to have seen it, so hopefully she will tell you all how impressed you should be!!!!! Please P, please ;)

anyway, this evening the table is all set ready for us to sit around and have dinner at!!! Woo hoo!!

See, out of the disorder that surrounds me, I can achieve inner calm :T

Well done you!!!! I can guess what an achievement that was by just looking at my own dining table (which is actually a pasting table as the real dining table is in pieces in the garden). We have to push the teetering piles of junk to one end in order to eat there, or move them onto the other stacks which cover every other flat surface in the room. I do need to read that book!
