The Dove Proage is not a misprice although I do think it is misleading as, in my Tesco's at least, it shares a shelf with the other Dove creams that are on bogof for a price of £3.54 and, if I remember correctly, the £4.99 price is covered over by the BOGOF sign.

Just slightly off topic, but do you think my friends will be offended if I give them Easter bags filled with the range of Dove Proage in. We are all ladies in our mid-forties but I don't want them to think that I think they smell and are 'past it'!! I just thought it would look a nice set together and be a treat for them. Only one of them is aware of my Tesco addiction and so I guess I could come clean as well.

One other thing - Garforth, Leeds Tescos were handing out the new Beauty leaflets today (exp 27/04) and there were also lots in the shopping trollies.

I'm about to use the last of my Quit vouchers tonight and am already having palpatations at the thought of having none left.

And just to end - I would like to say a huge thank-you to all the posters on this and the other Tesco voucher threads. Since finding in mid-January I have saved loads of money.

I'd be delighted with a gift like this and think it would come across as very thoughtful.

No, the quit vouchers are found in blue envelopes usually found in boxes at the pharmacy counter.

Hiya Shelberg  I have heard of the Quit packs containing the blurb but no vouchers - although you mention a leaflet and you are looking for a blue envelope - my local store said they had put them in recycling !!!

    Oh thank you

I think I have found the wrong thing - again!!!

They were in a rack by the pharmacy - together with lots of other useless leaflets.

The guy couldn't take as much this time, as my total including shopping only came to £10, so we'd end up near minus figures

I had this problem on my last trip. I must have made a mistake with the maths. I thought I had bought £40 of BOGOFS making a total of £20 toiletries and I also bought about £5 groceries. I had £20 worth of H&B vouchers and I was just going to ask the SA to try them and see if any of them would work. When he put my shopping through it only came to £19 total, so I asked for a £20 gift token as well. I will use the gift token for my next shop, and the SA took all my vouchers. I even got clubcard points on the gift voucher.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in. :D
  • Sugar Puffs glitch? What have I missed?

320g sugar puffs are on BOGOF but they both go through the till free. so if you buy in quantities of 2 then theres nothing to pay.

my second visit to T consisted of 10 packets of sugarpuffs and 2 2ltr bottles of coke. total at the till £2.00

just didn't have the nerve to just take the sugarpuffs through on their own
