Phone calls will only get through to somebody who is less than helpful.
I suggest you send the following e-mail to customercare@redhawklegal.co.uk with a copy to consumer@claimsregulation.gov.uk
FORMAL COMPLAINT OF ATTEMPTED FRAUD AGAINST REDHAWK LEGAL LIMITED
I have this month received an unsolicited call from your company claiming I owe it money in respect of a contract with Client Connect Limited. However, I have seen no evidence of such a claim.
Furthermore, Client Connect Limited also committed fraud against me by taking £295 from my account in breach of the Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules 2007 without first letting me see a contract and lying to me by saying that it wanted my card details for "security purposes", then refusing to accept my notice of cancellation.
So either you are engaging in a deliberate attempt to defraud me or you have accepted the assets and liabilities of Client Connect Limited - in which case you owe me £295 plus 8% per annum statutory interest.
A copy of this e-mail is being forwarded to your regulator.0 -
Thankyou for the info supplied, but I am still being hassled by Redhawk ,now for a part of the £325 claimed back by Ultimate Law. can someone tell me for certain that what they are doing is illegal ,also is there a site where I can down load the info needed, where it states that the money (£395) they took of me when they called me on the phone to start the claim was illegal.0

You need to post here http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/showthread.php?38193-lifestyle-claims-ppi
The legal advice I've seen is that it is indeed illegal. Sharma & Co were not authorized by MOJ but sold the claims on to Redhawk which is clearly defined as a regulated activity.0 -
I know this thread is over a year old now, and I wish I'd been on here last year and seen it - but I have also been suckered in by this company for £719 in September 2012 my only excuse is that I wasn't thinking straight at the time due to family problems. They've now disappeared with my money despite trying to contact them over the recent months. Now a company call Real Time Claims have apparently 'taken over' my claims and want me to sign a whole load more forms etc on a no win - no fee basis.
I know I've been an absolute fool and I'm desperate to get my money back but as I can't actually get hold of anyone by phone or email I'm thinking my only option is to go to Swansea and tip up at their offices.0 -

Read this https://www.claimsregulation.gov.uk/details.aspx/14758
