Bone in food!

Hope this is in the right place.
I found a bone in my food last night and i want to know how to proceed to complain.
I was eating a chickend nugget supplied by Sainsburys. i have kept the remaining nugget piece and the bone, i also took a photo of the offending article.
I am not the sort of person who agrees with our spiralling litigation culture, but i do feel i should be entitled to some compensation here as if i had swallowed the bone it could have caused serious medical issues. Both my wife and i felt queasy all evening as a result and i couldn;t eat the remainder of my meal.
Can anyone tell me how i proceed making a complaint??
Thanks.

Why on earth do you deserve compensation?
Perhaps the cost of the nuggets and an apology IF and only IF there isn't something somewhere on the box warning that bones may be present (and you're too stupid to realise that chickens have bones).
But you came to no harm (the claim that you felt queasy about the presence of a bone is just ludicrous) so why should anyone pay you any money? .0 -

I'm beginning to wonder if this section should be renamed from "Consumer Rights" to "Frivolous Compensation Entitlement?"<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0

Maybe you should stick to chicken nuggets made from mechanically recovered chicken meat.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

You possibly already have medical issues, but I doubt they would compensate for an existing problem, perhaps you could take this matter up with a medical professional.0 -

Their nuggets carry the standard warning (presumably it was a small bone if it was inside one of the nuggets)Safety
Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain0 -
I agree with the Op manufacturers should be responsible if we're taken ill after eating their products. I'm going to go to a solicitor on Monday morning to see can i sue KP, i was violently sick last night after eating a packet of peanuts, and there was no warning on the wrapper saying 'may contain nuts'. How was i expected to know, i'm with you Op they should have told you that chickens have bones.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
