Right. Forget about the laptop for now. Everything I ask you to do will be on the big PC or the router.
The other end of the cable should be plugged into the back of the big PC.Look for an LED next to the socket and confirm that is on too please.
Also please confirm the Operating System you have on the big PCHow do I add a signature?0
