I was gutted last week to find I'd run out of minced beef and OH wanted Lasagne.
Told him he'd have to wait until I found some whoopsied....and hey presto, Got several pack 2 days later 75% off in the Co-op!

Does anyone know what to do with minced pork, other than in a meatloaf or pork and apple burgers??
I've got a few packs lurking in the freezer and my lot aren't big pork fans. We've had whoopsied pork chops tonight which I did in the slow cooker with loads of onions in a thick gravy. I thought it was lovely (had it with really buttery mash and veg) but was met with groans when I served it up :rotfl::rotfl:
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Our local 99p store has tons of them at 3 or 4 for 99p...along with a suspicious amount of aero lambs and christmas trees...

i have posted a new pic of my "toe" on facebook if you wanna see it. i had to change the dressing as it got wet. i was hopping down to the bottom of the garden and lost my balance and to stop my self from falling over i put my foot down. the new dressing aint anything fantastic like the podiatrist does , just some clean swab (which i have for my stoma) and some micropore tape, but its covered, clean and dry.
life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.

Phew!! Had me worried then for a second as I still have some of these to spend.
Mine has no printed expiry date on it so lasts 2 years from the date of issue (Feb 2014)
It's only the gift cards with the dates on the front.
