Not a glitch but cheapish burgers.

£3 atm plus the 20% discount on finest food makes it £2.40 which doesn't seem bad imo.0 -
I am ashamed to say I have no idea who first posted the Carling deal on here, and if I was lurking at work I may not have thanked them
- would like to rectify that as there are now a few bottles of beer sitting in my hallway that frankly I never expected to get - but am delighted that they have arrived
So own up - who first highlighted this brilliant freebie on this thread? Thank you whoever it was. DD took delivery today while I was at work without knowing anything about it and no ID required .0 -

anyways ...back to what we do best....
if you've signed up and had your freebies from Kenco and Kenco Millicano then check your inbox...I've just had 2 seperate emails for a 50p moc for any Kenco and 50p Kenco Millicano....no great offers at the mo so I'll hold onto mine....
but the 100g Millicano is £3 in A and £3.99 in T.....so combine with the free sample 75p moc if you still have it and after JTD will be £1.74....not a bad price
The refill bag is £2 in Asda, I got one yesterday. If that helps its 80g0 -
Hi everybody worth looking in your local Mr S stores. I have been to three in the last 24 hrs and they have all been selling various body gel things with %75 off.
I also got more kitkats for 50p so keep looking for these as wellMortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.0 -

Keeping myself busy at the moment. Nerves have well and truly kicked in. Picked up my wedding dress yesterday and picked up the suits today. Also bought some honeymoon clothes and nearly all packed but the house is still looking like a bomb has hit it!!
Hope everyone has had a lovely day.
Happy birthday Nannylala and belated birthday wishes to west is best.

I know there was a whole row previously about this thread and a Facebook group and I don't want to go there again, but as a very old hand with MSE and a poster during the DTD days and whenever I have had a bargain/glitch I am very disappointed with the way this thread has moved.
I would probably be classed as a lurker, so be it, but this is an open forum with a very distinct ethos where moneysaving and helping others is at the heart. It is not an "elite", and I think that would be totally against Martin's reasons for setting up the site and against the general spirit of the forum. I think those who consider themselves to be in the know should catch themselves on, it is really rude and arrogant to post about not posting about bargains and implying a secretive group that shares amongst themselves.
I really think this thread has got to the point where the Mods need to make a call on its viability and decide whether it is in keeping with the spirit of the site. You may not like my comments and think well don't read the thread but this whole hidden, secretive nonsense is bringing down the good name of MSE.
Thanks.
There have ALWAYS been 'secret society's' set up on various forums - usually they start out with good intentions ie trying to stop lurkers/hangers on/greedy s*** etc from stripping the shelves of every single bargain before anyone else gets a chance.
And it never really works cos before long the squabbling/backbiting/!!!!!ing over who has been given the secret password and who knows how to do the 'handshake' starts. It happened over on PTS, it certainly caused all sorts of arguments in the DTD days and its just the same now.
I did join the original FB site - but got booted out during an early cull - but I haven't a clue who is on which site. I can't even keep up with who's who on here with all the name changes! I can't say I lie awake at night worrying why I got kicked out and I certainly don't lose any sleep over whether anyone else has got any bargains that I haven't found. I can't say I like the unpleasantness over it all though.ELITE 5:2
