    They refused my 10% off deodorant voucher from the A-machine. Said stuff was already on offer. Half the shop on offer. How we meant to keep up ?

    I think, as with Tosco, it depends on the sa I was served by a lovely young lady who remembered me from the infamous vitamin glitch and was made up for me when it was only £2.02 as Icouldn't think of owt else I wanted/neededto pad it out a bit:T
    We are many we are one xxx

    So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

    A lesson in how sneaky and underhanded Ts is. I had a load of Johnson's MOCs amongst others sent to me as part of the mother & baby club so I spent hours working out the best way to get JTD and a petrol voucher. I can confirm that 10 days ago I bought 4 boxes of the Johnson's wipes and they price checked fine:

    4 x JOHNSONS BABY SKINCARE WIPES F/F 384 - £ 25.96 - £ 18.00

    Just to be clear these were the pink boxes of 6 x 64 packs of frangrance free wipes i.e. the only type they sell!

    Edit: I should also point out that every £5 you double up you get a £10 voucher. I know that bit is obvious but that's what you actually get - multiples of £10. I doubled up £110 and got 22 x £10 vouchers for the same department. That would mean tamilla that you could split your shopping into 2 and use 2 price floppers (as per the T&Cs) instead of only using one for a £20 spend. Obvioulsy that may be a moot point now we know Ts moved the goalposts when As dropped their prices!

    Bought 3 packs of 6 @£6.49 , safety buds £0.55, cotton buds £1 TOTAL 21.02 used £1 PFL MOC and £20 exchage coupon, paid £0.02 in cash, lets see if they compare, otherwise will have to take it back.

    mhoc, I'm near Ches/er, where are you?

    Nantwich - we have one difficult T close by, otherwise its one of the Stoke stores, Stafford or Congleton,nearest is a 15 mile round trip. We had a bit of a car incident in Northwich last year so I've gone off Northwich :D

    So you get to the city centre one and the little one just outside and also Broughton as well? I had a funny do in the city centre one last time when using a JTD voucher, they insisted on photocopying my receipt :mad:

    They had 6 pack of niknaks in the store I went to but they were priced at £1.88 so I didn't check them - should I have?

    hi all,

    back from t's.

    it was hard cos had a planned jtd shop and a 4 pound off coupon but lots of stuff had sold out:mad:

    so had to change plans. Found the pizza cutters at 24p:T Think these are the new sunscreen:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:picked two. Got dtd 5.16.

    also found batteries ood sel. pick 4 up but didn't realise had picked an 8 pack:mad: so got a refund of 7.50 and 4.47.

    and a dtd for 8.94 for other set.:T

    could only get 3 loreal age perfect wipes as only had 4 pack in stock. also no cherry garcia frozen yoghurt and hate chocolate flavours.

    so bought 500g of coffee as had a tesco coupon. Also got evian for boss who gives me money back and a bottle of value vodka.

    so spent 56.06 - moc so paid 42.96

    minus refunds equals 16.87

    minus 6.65 and 7.72 for boss.

    minus 3.40 JTD

    equals FREE vodka:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    also have been to another t's and wombled another 4 pound off

    Last time it was both AA and AAA they are usually the 2 in the offer and I'm sure they were the same this time around.

    I haven't tried I have 24 boxes already...:eek::eek::eek:

    DTD batteries are good it's usually just a matter of time before you find that elusive bogof clipstrip...often I find them in the ir0ning bo4rd section, they don't think to check there!

    I've trawled 2 stores today looking for batteries with the elusive BOGOF SEl to no availale - found sections of stores I've never seen before. No batteries,no socks, no gloves, no jam, no marmalade. One annoyed OH though ....
