The date on the Welch's voucher is 31 July, but dont know how long the offer is on at £1.29.

If you were going specially, I would try to go in the morning when the store opens - every time I have been in the mornings on the way to work, they have stocked up overnight. When I have gone after work, the shelf is always empty. When I went in today around lunch, there was none left, HTH

    i agree
also if you have already bought one or want a barcode;) i have been known to ring local stores to check they actually have some in stock;) well that's what i did with the nik nak's and fish, saved me a wasted trip:)

    afternoon everyone
    amazing morning for me
finally found a few :o:o;);)packs of nik naks-shelf was fully stocked (again big thanks to brand8:A)

also got some of the glitching mini ryvita's from the same store but i have just tasted them and they are RANK!!!!! so glad i didn't get more

also popped into a new store on the way home, found a lovely clipstrip full of love hearts and another full clipstrip of haribo springtime, unfortunately no SS................so padded out my shop with 6 boxes of twister ice lollies and used 2 £2 off £6 ice lolly price flop vouchers (twisters are £2.25 OR 2 FOR £3)
SA and customer behind commented that the sweets were only 1p but she let them through while i feigned surpise. Then shop only came to £9.24, she looked quizzingly, queried that i hadn't spent enough then tried scanning them and they scanned so she let them through, total shop £5.24:T:T:T:T:T:T:Tphew!!

re dcon blues earlier question, has anyo9ne done this at T's, i have to say that i might have accidentally done it once or twice (blushes) isn't that why they cross out the barcode on thebottom of the recipt so that you can't reuse it?? what if they forget to cross it out, would any of you get the points again on another Club card???

do they really have staff sat there cross referencing every single transaction???

i have got butter coming out of my ears howevr never say to a good butter glitch, any links to which butter you are talking about pls??

    edit:
ps managaed to get a few wenches non chilled ones using the coupons, pick SA wisely and i have found buying the light purple one helps, it looks nearest in picture to the one on the coupon, so when they query the non scan i just pull this one out and for the slightly dim SA on a saturday they usually can't tell the difference!
£1 off price flop coupon when you spend £3 on any Flora.

Flora Buttery is £1.95 in T's and £1 in Asda

  • Hi everybody, I hope you are all having a good day. I went and got free mascara, popped to boots bought three radox for men shower gels for 3 for 2 that came to £2, 25% off with boots voucher. I also got a Nivea deodorant that was half price, I got another voucher for 25% deodorants and it took 25% off the original full price so I got the deodorant for 53p. I hope this makes sense,
Popped into Mr S and can confirm that they did have the nine pkts of kit kats for 50p I got 6 pkts.
I hope you all enjoy your afternoon

Hi sis hope u are well boots must've fixed the radox glitch as I got 6 for £2.02 last night about 7pm if ya get chance could u pick me up some of the kitkats please:D

I want to say thank you to someone and I can't think for the life of me who it was that posted the idea. Someone mentioned that a really nice wedding present was to buy a cheapish mirror and get the couples name engraved on it (this was quite a while back) Tomorrow afternoon we are going to an 18th and I bought a lovely, girly dressing table mirror on a stand from T.K.Maxx and then had the bottom of the stand engraved and it looks beautiful:T:T:TI couldnt get the mirror engraved as it was really short notice (I always leave everything to the last minute:eek:)but took it into our shoe repairers who does engraving. Result, a lovely personalised pressie that didnt cost a fortune;)

    That was me Nikki :o
Thanks Snap-ant. Don't know how but missed this when first posted.

Am also seriously attracted to midnightraven3's use of the gazebo when not camping/festivalling - brilliant idea :)

I can live with looking ridiculous if I can get my laundry dry no matter the weather without resorting to the tumble drier

I have though about this before actually :rotfl:

Nipped into Ts this afternoon (surprise surprise!) No price flops! I kept telling DH, 'Don't buy that yet, wait for the coupons'. Think He was getting a bit wound up by the end of our shop.

Standing waiting at the till and the guy in front of me is buying a microwave and goes to use his CC vouchers to buy it. SA told him that he could double them up and save himself £30! He had no idea how to do it so wasn't going to bother  SA sent him upstairs and he returned a few minutes later with a big grin on his face. Lucky he got a nice SA!

Brunch bars £1 and NikNaks SEL 52p BOGOF :) Got another 5 Wenches - 2 chilled, 3 from shelf. SA did an override on the 3 coupons.
A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist

They refused my 10% off deodorant voucher from the A-machine. Said stuff was already on offer. Half the shop on offer. How we meant to keep up ?

Thanks for lovely new thread FK. :T

Not done much shopping lately. :(
Got 6 pk Mr Kipling viennese whirls BOGOF and tesco mini choc rolls. Total £3. Used the £1 off WYS £3 on cakes. Took off £1 plus £1.30 for the bogof and used a 58p JTD to pay.
Total cash spent 12p. Very happy with that. :j

[STRIKE]Looked at Mydeco web site to try to use the £20 voucher, couldn't see anything I want or need so if any of you nice 11+ people know of a needy person just let me know by PM. :) Would be a shame to let it go to waste. [/STRIKE]

(edit) Good home now found for MyDeco. :)

Now going to try to catch up on so many posts.

    It's never too late!

Found 3 dvds today with the disney bogof sticker on them and picked the lion king and toy story 2, left the odd toy story 2 on the shelf so if they checked they could see quite clearly where they had been on sale.

Apparently the toy story sticker was last years, so she phoned a manager and said in full hearing of me I'll try and give just the difference. I said no chance I have been over charged it's dtd thanks, and said you still have more out with the sticker on that's a year out of date. Given dtd and daughter was chuffed as she is performing the lion king in school and it is one of the few disney films she hasn't got.

    So keep your eyes peeled.

mhoc, I'm near Ches/er, where are you?
Just spent a happy 3 hours in the lottie but forgot to bring the asparagus back with me:(. I am trying to grow my nails and keep my hands from getting ingrained with earth stains prior to the wedding but even wearing gloves they look a mess!
  • Afternoon all

Quiet day today, not too many pages to catch up on :)
No T's for me this weekend, I'm working so giving it a miss ;)
In need of a break me thinks, what with going in and out for cake bars last week and then the big shop using the price flops and then missing the Brunch Bars, I need a few T free days ;) Lol

Off to the bingo tonight, hopefully lady luck is shining, I could do with a nice big win :D
