Had a 5p/ litre petrol coupon that runs out today.
My car has a full tank because I filled it up just before my op and haven't driven since.
Other car is on the drive nearly on empty, so I take it to T's to use the coupon. Start the engine and remember that it is manual
That coupon gave me £1.35 off.
Guy in front of me in the queue is moaning that there are two staff in the petrol station, one till open and one nattering on the phone. I make sympathetic noises. He gets to the till and uses a 5p off coupon then realises that he doesn't have his clubcard with him...and offers me his clubcard points£75 petrol = 37 CC points.

And I was not going to have one of the whoopsied donuts I got tonight but after seeing that lovely cake, it is the nearest thing I have, can't really count chocolate cake bars. Just remembered I did open a packet of Vienesse whirls, maybe I will go for one of those.0 -

I agree... Im glad to say I dont eat sausages or beefburgers unless Ive made them myself and we get beef and our Christmas turkey from my MOther and Fathers farm... I dont ever buy kebabs or any form of meat that could have a lot of fat in... I hate having grissle in my mouth so I tend to avoid any form of meat that I cant slice.... But to think that Ts meat balls had such a lot of fat in...... yuck!!!!!
Right walk the dogs and bed for me...

I saw something wonderful in Ts just now. Terrys chocolate orange with fathers day packaging and unlike the xmas packaging that is still floating about in several stores this has a different barcode to the standard product
Theres a good chamce these will go to 1p in a couple months. I never got any of the xmas TCOs because i hadnt found this thread or the 1p thread back then. I'm looking forward to making up for that as i loooooove TCO
right.. as soon as I spot these I am hiding 20 in different locations around my store:D in the hope that when they do reach 1p.. at least one will still be there waiting for me :cool:0 -

pfffft - my crocs are as comfy as a comfy thing, but I have to admit that they don't score highly on the fashion stakes.
I also own a pair of red garden clogs (cost me a fortune from Lidl) that are equally stylish. In fact my 3yo DS came through proudly proclaiming that he was wearing mummy's duck feet the other day :eek::eek:
Perhaps it's time I reviewed my footwear collection :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
