I did that too, our neighbour must be about the same age. I was actually quite surprised he did not have bigger feet as he is quite a tall and well built gentleman.
I went round tonight with a sack of spuds I got for 40p and a half shoulder of lamb £2.50ish. I like to see him smile, his wife has been very unwell lately and is lucky to still be with us.
My neighbour always asks too, what do I owe you. I laughed one time when I gave him couple of bags of nuts and said well you can give me the 2p if you like. Tonight's whoopsies is probably the most money I have ever spent on them, and he didn't actually ask I think he is so used to me saying I got it for free or pennies. :rotfl:Of course I would not have taken anything anyway so it doesn't matter.0 -

I once worked ...strange but true fact number 1 at a pie factory in the S.Wales area and was in charge
of pouring the jelly from a large stainless steel bucket into the pork pie machine , after 3 weeks or less I turned veggie ...hell of a place .
the memory is hard to shake .
What do they make the jelly from!!
No need to go veggie, just cut out the processed carp!!:D

Thanks karlie will pass message on.
Can't remember if mentioned but one of the two stations she failed she had put the pads on the wrong way round for ECG. She said she must have been so nervous as it is even written on them? And never put them wrong way before.
She didn't feel too bad straight after yesterday's exam until she looked into a couple of the questions she had not been sure about and realised she had got them wrong. I said don't look back just forward, you just need to pass. She has passed her reflection for this year which if she had not meant she could not go into 2nd year regardless of exams so that is one positive.
In the middle of the 2nd written exam at the moment, the one where you match questions and answers.
Evening everyone. Back home in Wales at the moment and we haven't got wifi or a 3G signal. Therefore, I'm viewing mse via a 2g connection....it's so slow!
Tiny you're right about your daughters exam. The exams in the past can't be changed but you can still change the outcome of future exams.

FQ 1st job @ 14, worked in butchery department in Gateways.
Any out of date red meat went into the sausages, along with any off cuts, huge lumps of fat, some blue plasters and the occasional finger tip.
Won't go into the contents of the mince. Anything else did.
OMG! I forgot about Gateways stores! x0 -

They seemed to have completely disappeared around our way:(When I went for my "walk" tonight I went with a friend who knows that I love a glitch I handed her a bag with some marmalade & jam in and she was delighted:T:T
Socks had disappeared in my store too until tonight. Left them this time as could not be bothered to go through SS.
Have to go bit further out my way for marmalade and been enjoying the sun so much have not bothered.:o

Was sad and made me angry but see it through to the end, Jimmy has a great solution, looking forward to watching it next week..;)
I think Im getting soft in my old age... After being brought up on a farm and eating meat that had been reared on the farm, I should be used to things like this... Everything we had on our plates came from the farm, from veg to Turkeys, Pork, Beef even rabbits.... But seeing them shoot little calves like that... OMG.......... its awful.....:(
