I felt the same must have taking me a few months to even pluck up the courage to register. And then only brave enough to make the odd post here and there. Same as you never thought I could contribute much to the forum.

I wear them loads in winter/non summer as I do a lot of walking and they are more comfortable than normal thin socks

Please don't do this. I think we would be given a very bumpy ride by the DT crew. The BG is not nearly as nice as redfox - don't think we would get the same support. Also, there are lots of legitimate reasons for lurking and it would be a shame to exclude those peeps who are building up confidence to join in. And all those regulars who work n lurk during the day because they aren't allowed to log on from the work place would be barred.

The thread is flourishing here and is a fantastic community - just want you to think very carefully before going ahead with any changes.

I never knew about you lot until I posted what I thought was a grabbit about mincemeat in t's and nikkilala replied that her bargain was better so I followed her over and you ain't been rid of me since :-)

Nightmare weekend really but hey ho, my Grandad's inquest tomorrow, I'm not looking forward to it at all.
I really feel I've not come to terms with his death and it's all become so ... I can't think of the word, like surreal and cold really, as I've had to go through all his medical notes and write my questions and refer to him as Mr ???? rather than my grandad.

I will all of a sudden get a moment where I realise he's gone and despite what happens won't be coming back and I break down, but then I have to pull myself together so we can fight this case. I am just dreading when we no longer have something to focus on.

Anyway, sorry for dragging the happiness down, but please, if you will cross your fingers for our family tomorrow.
