    Talk to shelter, not estate agents. Also look for private rentals in the paper, and consider renting rooms, not a whole house or flat.

    Also, as he is being financially abusive, talk to womens aid.

    You may need to look at accomodation at bit less lovely then the house you are in now.

    Or, you could just go bankrupt now, while you are still there. Might as well get rid of your debt as soon as you can. What would happen then? Have you asked your husband what he is going to do when you go BR?
