You mean like you have just done?
From what the OP has written, they have little hope of staying in the home, the two adults can continue to fight a battle where they will both lose, but common sense (which would be teachers should have) should indicate there is no quick win to be found from their situation .

what are you talking about ? what is OP ? i have only used this forum a couple of times and dont really know what to do ! but im very disturbed to discover that instead of advice i am receiving horrid remarks, why cant you see that my plea for help comes from a very emotional woman who has managed to keep a home for 3 small children whilst having to deal with everything and manage debts and a difficult husband , why do you feel the need to comment without understanding :( , my grammical errors and caps lock is due to trying to type on a very small netbook and tiredness :(

OP is original poster, I cannot see where you have had horrid remarks, just because you are a woman does not make you a special case blokes get emotional too, your partner has 3 children and a mortgage too. You have already been advised there is no quick get out of your situation, the house will be sold and credit history damaged, sadly that is the reality of what will happen, however do keep reading until you see they type of posts you wish to read, but at some point you and your partner will have to face reality.
