How can a gas or electricity be supplied with a cooker, and your logic is even more flawed considering a gas or electricity supply is not supplied when buying a new cooker.

Seller sold the radio, buyer bought it, but wants all the extras that go with it. Shame.

But I buy a phone....I don't get a sim card with it, so I say it's SNAD or not? I won't know as it relies on other things NOT included or DESCRIBED in the listing.

Not strictly true Shaun, they could hook it up to make sure it's working.

The listing doesn't state that the cage is included. The picture doesn't show the cage either. Really think buyer should have asked before bidding.

Op your problem was asking for a part refund, when you should have done a full snad refund. Paypal would have looked at it and seen no mention of the cage in the listing or pictures so assumed the seller did nothing wrong. Which he didn't.
