I am trying to update my printer software and I go to this link and download and run the file.
http://support.en.kodak.co.uk/app/answers/detail/a_id/32663/selected/true
However when I run the file I get stuck on a window connecting to server.
Is it me or is the link broken?
I have contacted Kodak but as yet I have had no reply.

It is all very well posting that link but it doesn't help, as the software downloads from that link and when run it connects to a server somewhere but what it connects to isn't visible to the user.
Any helpful suggestions?0 -
Right click the word download so it opens its own tab or asks if you want to open it in a new tab
I downloaded it so if you still cannot get it I can upload it for you0 -

What did you download, the software from the link on the page
Version 7.4
Release Date 2012-03-29
File Name aio_install.exe
File Size 11.9 megabytes
or did you run that file and download the software from the server that it goes to?
it is now 18:30 and I still have a window saying connected to server and has been since 16:00.

I downloaded aio install but haven't got any Kodak printers so no point running it
If you right click the word download and it does not open a new tab etc, let me know and I will get you a link to download it from0 -

We used to have a Kodak; that little file downloads the rest of the software suite when you run it. If memory serves it's at least 100MB.0 -

You could download it again in case there is anything wrong with the download you have
If using Windows 7 did you right click the file and choose run as administrator0 -
Try again tomorrow? Could just be traffic congestion.0
