I am registered as Northern Ireland and these links have worked for me every other time so I do not understand why they do not work this time.

When you click on the link and it redirects you to that page is the address of the page: http://www.pigsback.com/members/expired.asp?country ?

I would say they could take up to 3 days to reply to an email, make sure you included all the info they need, sometimes its helpful to forward the confirmation email of a deposit / sign up as well as proof you signed up

Thanks Matt i'll give it a couple more days.
Im sure i followed the T&C to the letter but i didnt include any of the deposit/signup as proof although i do have those emails saved.
