Has anyone order tickets with ticketmater through pigsback?

I order about three weeks ago and have had the tickets delivered but still no points. Just wondering if it's likely to take the whole 28 working days. Thanks.

Hiya! (Finally got round to posting!) I bought 2 tickets on the 25th Feb and 2 for another event on the 3rd March. I was credited with 100 points on the 15th March which i assume was for the first lot but nothing for the others as yet
