Hello all i wonder if someone could advise me please.
I signed up for Cyberslotz on the 01/03/07 whereby you deposit £10 online then you get 1,500 ponts back on Pigsback usually within 14 days.
I emailed postmaster @ Pigsback early yesterday to say i hadnt got my points but i havent heard back yet.
Has anyone else had this problem and do Pigsback usually take a while to reply or do they resolve the problem first and then reply?
Just one more thing i would like to thank evryone who's helped me get £33.10 so far from Pigsback since the beginning of January and it hopefully should be £48.10 when the problem is resolved :T

I am having a same problem too. Before I could see which page I have viewed,now they all blue and never can remember what was the last page I read.

Technically this is already done, just in a different form of having it in the address where they sign up rather than entering a name/member id into a box its already done for you.

Whether or not Pigsback set a cookie with the referral ID is a different story, this could be the cause of the problem as some ones browser may be restricting whats stored

If you havent already, subscribe to this thread, go to the top of this page and then near the page numbers just below, thread tools -> subscribe to thread:



(edit: meant to say, obviously it says to unsubscibe in the pic above, it will say subscribe for you if you havent done so before)

Once you done that, every time you visit click on User CP near the top of the page (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/usercp.html)

You will see the threads you have subscribed to, and the pigsback one (if there is any new posts which you havent read) like below:



Then click on the little blue arrow to continue from where you were last time

Yeah they would look into it before emailing you back, check your email is in the file, just make sure you have completed the T&C's of the offer to make sure you are definitely entitled to the points

I would say they could take up to 3 days to reply to an email, make sure you included all the info they need, sometimes its helpful to forward the confirmation email of a deposit / sign up as well as proof you signed up
