    Not called me back yet - claimed in an e-mail that they tried but couldn't get through so still waiting.......not holding up much hope that Vodaphone will resolve it so need to find an alternative 'body' to help me.

    Not always a good idea. You have to balance post-contract erroneous deductions that you should be able to get back against Voda putting you on a debtors' list and debt collectors if their systems think you have missed payments.

    Seems from this an another thread that the previous good reputations of the Voda web reps is on the slide.

    Needs watching.

    Good to read that you are taking an interest. Over the years, I have seen may posts from your team promising to take a look at the problems raised, but, regrettably, not many from OPs saying just how successful you have been.

    Of late, a couple of cases where either your team didn't ring back as promised, and that's why I made my comment.

    Heidi / Vodaphone rep - Guys Dad has a good point. I have tried to get back in touch and asked you to call me but it's gone very quiet. If you contact me and I don't answer the phone, please either leave a number where I can contact you or let me know roughly when you're going to call back. Or simply just simply call me at a reasonable time (note that 8.30pm when you have young kids isn't the most convenient time!)

    This is really shoddy service and feels like you have no intention of trying to resolve this. If I don't hear back from you by Monday 5pm I'll assume you don't wish to investogate this and I will then be fporced to take the complaint to the Ombudsman and write to The Sunday Times.

    I know how you feel. I had an email from Heidi asking me when would be a good time to contact me. Any time thursday onwards i emailed. Next day(wenesday) she phoned me twice and left me a message saying she couldnt contact me. I joined the forum only after getting the runaround from customer services. Vodafone shouldnt need a Heidi WRT if customer services worked. I am still waiting a reply also, and i have been willing to compomise. Been with vodafone many years and phones.

    I will always try to reach you as soon as I pick up your emails. There can sometimes be a delay in me receiving them which means I may have missed the time frame you reply with. I will always ask for a time frame over a few days to take this into consideration.

    I have tried to contact both of you but will keep trying until you are free to talk. If it's easier for either of you, we can discuss it further via email so we can get a quick resolution.
