We had a double glazing issue last year, it was a broken hinge rather than blown unit like you have but it required removing the whole unit to do.
We got a local guy from checkatrade and he was excellent and very reasonable and it was only a small job. We'll certainly use him when we get round to replacing our blown unit (long way down the priority list atm!!)

one thing to be wary of is size/weight - 1m X1m probably ok for one person - needed two of us to lift our living room unit
