Barclays were also bailed out and they sponsored the premiership.
If you didn't give a flying toss or care what blo0dy logo is on a debit card. I'm surprised you gave a flying toss or blo0dy care to comment on this thread!!!!
I don't usually care what design is on a debit card either, however the Lloyds Olympic debit cards are simply hideous, and people who have them are simply saying so.
If your saying this thread is pointless then you may as well say the same about the one where people are complaining about being give a contactless debit card by first direct.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -
Contactless cards & logo threads are about as interesting as Olympic archery mind you the people who care about their debit card logos are most probably viewing the archery as we speak.0

Give me a green card over a black horse on a blue background with black logo types anyday. That's hideous.0

The olympic card looks good I think I like compared to that blue background - hideous lol0

I'm not saying that and I have one. So long as it works, that'll do me.
Why people would care what their card looks like is beyond me!
Nobody else even sees them anymore as you get your card out of your purse or wallet, bang it into the machine, punch in your pin and take it out to pop back into your purse or wallet.
How can anyone be ashamed of something that nobody else even sees?!
It's a piece of plastic for God's sake.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

People do see your card, for example when you pay at a restaurant and they bring the chip and pin terminal to your table and then put your card in while they put in the amount you have to pay.
I always get remarks on my Barclays and Halifax cards as they have pictures on that I took and had printed on them via the personalised card facilities these banks offer. I like my first direct card as its just a plain black card.
Most people like to have a nice card design, hence why some people have platinum and also the fancy Amex Platinum card, purely as a status symbols.
Each to there own and everyone is different with different tastes!!!Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -

I thought that card looked cheap. The previous one with a green and blue splash on it was much more stylish.0
