Sad pathetic little visitors like that don't bother me any more sheils. I spent 18months putting up with personal attacks from an ex so someone who is unknown and hiding behind a computer screen is irrelevant!

I don't care if people don't like where I live. That's their choice. As for the wedding well I am on moneysavingexpert... If i wasn't trying to save myself some money it would be a bit pointless to be here

Like you sheils I found it amusing that we got called professional compers. I couldn't be further from a pro :rotfl:

Well done Becks! I thought it was funny being criticised for saving money on MSE too. I had a PM from someone hoping it didn't put you off posting about your wedding as she was enjoying hearing about it.
Anyway must get on - got as far as getting our case out for Monday. Just realised we will need to take some fancier clothes to wear for dinner in the hotel - so used to just staying in Premier Inns etc. Must go and enter the Times comp - thanks for heads up SueMaggie.

Becks, we are all excited for you in here for your wedding and looking forward to the pics. You take some brill photos. I agree with daphne and weeowens, I think it must be someone hiding behind a compers name.

Gonna wait for postie first (I know Deborah....I'm sad too) then off to shops and see mother goose. Not seen her all week!

Afternoon all, just back from a haircut, unfortunately my DD had her highlights done and as she had to drive I had a lot of waiting around.

Well done Matroyshka, that was a timely win.

I saw the posts last night as they were put on but refrained from commenting, I can't believe that even though a lot of us seem to have reported the post in here it was still here this morning. Poor LizD was targeted as well.

Don't stop posting about your wedding Becks, I for one love hearing about it.

Hi everyone

Haven't been around for a while as I was unwell and didn't feel up to posting, and more recently my mother-in-law was diagnosed with advanced colorectal cancer so have been occupied elsewhere.

I've been keeping an eye on you though, so I know what you've all been up to!

I haven't had much time for comping recently but despite this have received a grand total of 89 books in 2012, either wins, or books to review. I'm aiming for the 100 by the end of June.

I've also had a couple of DVDs over the past couple of months and some small bits and pieces like pens and fridge magnets. Still waiting for a big win in 2012.

Hope you're having a sunny day wherever you are - it's the best weather we've had here for over a week so am off out for a walk shortly.
