well i wondered but as its not midnight and a lot of comps end on midnight i didnt think they would be, its gone from like pages and pages and pages and pages, you catch my drift lol..... to about 2 competitions, just seems rather bizarre to me

The Board Guides are volunteers and have to do the job when they have time. It's a Bank Holiday weekend so they may have things going on in real life over the next few days.

The SUN Daily is back there again too

I understand how busy they all are but personally I'd rather they over ran than were moved early.They all do a great job but maybe on dates they could cut some slack.

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone thinks that the contact details you fill in have any influence on you winning a comp.

I'm female but enter comps for mens clothes etc for my OH, I've noticed that they mostly seem to to won by men, should I use his name to fill in the comps or is it just coincidence since most of the entrants would be male?

I also enter some comps for meals etc in London even though I live 8 hours away but I visit London every 4-8 weeks as my OH's family all live there, should I use my mother-in-law's postcode instead of mine?

Maybe I'm just over thinking things but don't want to miss out on a chance of winning something just because of the details I entered

Maybe with some, but I've won women's perfume with my own (male) details before, so not always.

I would just like to add my thanks to firefly and rexy for covering the mags for all these many years too. You have both done an amazing job over the past few years and will be a great loss to the board.

With regards to the magazines that need new posters, if the situation is desperate I could take on 1 more. I dont mind putting my name down for Pick Me Up as I see it comes out on a Thursday. If Im needed let me know and I will send the OH to the shop.

Can I just add my thanks to the new magazine volunteers too.
