    Hi,

This may be a really dumb question, but I am new to all this, so please forgive me! If I want to enter a competition, do I just click on the 'enter' button in the post? Does it somehow then enter all my information, or is there a link somewhere that I should be clicking on?

I am really confused! Thanks in advance for any help. :-)
A massive thank you to everyone who posts. It really is appreciated. :j

The enter button is just so that you know you have entered that comp and don't enter it again and disqualify yourself. You need to click on the link that the poster has provided and go to the site to actually enter, for many you will have to register first.

I strongly suggest that you read this first:

It could save a lot of problems with SPAM etc and does have some really good tips.

Just popping in a quick note to let you all know I have not forgot about posting TV Puzzles Issue 4. The magazine came out about 2-3 weeks ago now but the online entry form is still showing Issue 3. I have emailed again today so hopefully they will sort it out soon as they expire 31/08. Will keep checking the website and if anyone spots it open before me please PM and I shall get it posted up.

    Thanks

    Alison :)

In the last few minutes I have sent an email to MSE admin re an established member possibly using AE's to "troll" this board.
I may be mistaken & would welcome any defintive correction. In the meantime I hope that MSE admin can work a solution out that ceases the actions.
    I await any developments.

Keep at it, you've got to be in it to win it. My Daughter went to New York last year, she was in York for a Spa Weekend last week, she's off to Memphis in September, Grenada in April and has £1,800 of Spa Vouchers to spend in the next 6 months. All from wins and she probably does less than 30 comps on average per day. It's all blind luck. You can enter hundreds and win nothing or a few and win a lot of them.

Thanks Barnabysue for giving me some hope, I'm new at this as well and judging by what all of you are winning I hope I can be even half as successful! Plus you all seem lovely so fingers crossed to all of us! :D

Having researched the term 'trolling' I think this may be in reference to my comments regarding my Facebook block and the likelihood of winning these days.

Apologies if my views came across as negative but both are based on fact and evidence.

Facebook has blocked me for 30 days due to repetitive activity (comp entries) and competitions are becoming much more commonplace and what used to be worthwhile is, in my opinion, becoming far less so. We are all entitled to our opinion.
