can anyone advise me about twitter please. I'm determined to win something. If a tweeted doesn't mention terms and conditions, can i retweet as much as i like.

Hi All,

I hope I am posting this in the right place (still very new to this).

I don't currently use twitter and don't have any interest to start using it other than to enter competitions really as this seems to be a large chunk of the comps posted on here.

I just wondered, does anybody know if competitions specify in their T&C's how many people you should be following or following you to enter or will my entry be accepted if I don't have any?
