If it is a scam, all they have is your Twitter Username and if they prove to be a problem you can always unfollow or block. Like you, I can't see what they have to gain from doing it though.

My offers are they are a spammy site? I noticed yesterday 'This Morning' are using this site for some of their comps.

They are viewed as spammy on here.Lots of sites are using them to now though.

11 Are there any sites, from experience, which are likely to generate lots of spam?
There are a few which have come to our collective attention as sites that, when used for comps, seem to generate lots of unwanted postal, email & phone call attention. These are listed below for your information, however, please do remember that this is only the collective opinion of other MSE Compers & does not necessarily reflect upon the sites themselves.

I have seen a company running competitions on twitter, but I am reluctant to post it, because with comping, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. With most competitions on twitter, you can see why the company is running it, and what they are getting out of it (ie promoting something). But if you have a look at @willyouwin on twitter, it all seems to be too good to be true. I cannot think what the scam (if any) is, but I cannot see that they have anything to gain by running these twitter comps. What does anyone else think?

Personally, I should go ahead and post their comps if you want to. If they are scammy or spammy the chances are that someone here will flag it up. TBH, the only thing about them that puts me off a little is their name, but that doesn't nec mean anything. They're offering good prizes, probably for pure publicity purposes. Hopefully, they are an honest company, but if not, the worst that is likely to happen is that people may get a little extra junk mail, and perhaps won't get any prizes won. On the other hand, if we didn't risk it, this forum would be very short on comps. As long as they are not asking for bank details and similar info, it's unlikely to be a major problem in my humbles.

They can not do a great deal of damage to your account other than pay money in. You should safe so long as you only give account name, sort code and account number.
Never give any pin numbers etc.
I have heard of this company wanting to pay this way and sure others have found them to be ok.
I hope it's ok and well done .

These payday companies all seem to pay comps out in the same way, into bank accts as that is how they do business, as long as you remember entering the comp and have confirmed with them via fb or their actual webite it's them then you should be okay , well done!

As long as they can't get your address and DoB from the Facebook account, you should be safe.
