Was wondering if you had any food banks near you? Or do you have any Boots or nectar points so you can get some extra food. Also do you have any vitamin tablets lurking in your cupboards (I have loads always mean to take them and never do) to give you some extra nutrients (check with the pharmacist that its ok to take them when preggers though)
