HELP - Won't refund back onto my creditcard
Comments
-
Re-read posts #2, #3 and #4.It was £20 on the giftcard & then £109.99 on my credit card. I don't really care abour the £20 giftcard as long as I get the £109.99 refunded onto my credit card & not onto a giftcard which would mean I would have to spend the money in that store!
Do they have to refund you in the manner that you paid?
Thanks for all the advice

Pretty sure that if you are returning under DSR, then you have to be in the same position as you were at the start. ie £20 gift card and rest on credit card. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

Did you cancel within the 7 days DSR period? If so, then yes they must give the balance back to your card. You may need to point out the DSR rights to them, even though they already know and are trying it on.0
