Linux OS burn (Zorin): another wasted CD-R?

Nothing that small will connect to a 3G dongle without a ridiculous amount of hassle. I decided to download Zorin 6 lite (695MB) onto my hard drive. I opened the resulting .iso with CD Burner XP. I then burnt the image onto a 700MB CD-R, checking beforehand in 'Properties' that every byte was unused. My boot sequence is…
