    Ironically, the larger the dealership, the more likely they are to do this. They've entire legal departments to call upon and can bide their time.

    Thats why i always say to keep it friendly and worth with the dealer where possible. Establishing an entrenched viewpoint like Mikey72 and Sgt Pauper can force things down a route no one wants to go down.

    Certainly be firm, but keep it civil if at all possible.
