Hi Granny, I'm another one with the lingering cough. My cold was over with a couple of weeks ago but I just can't shift the cough - and that's why I am up posting on diaries at 5am :D! Hope you're managing some sleep tonight x

Hello all and welcome Mr B :hello:

Just wanted to post a funny for tonight as it made me laugh. Had a lovely couple of hours with my DGDs today and not really feeling like this but just could not resist. ;)

DGD2 and I finished making this week's red pepper and tomato soup and she insisted on trying some. Her verdict - yum!!!! :D

Took her home and you would swear for all the world that she told her mum she had been playing ball with my OH. :j

    It went like this:

"growl" then a word that sounded all the world like "grandpa" and then "ball" and then another "growl" for good measure. Coupled with the fact that she tried to say "Granny" when I was due at her house this afternoon. Oh, those little milestones really do melt even the hardest of hearts and mine is anything but. :)

Had a NSD, made low fat chocolate muffins and even if I say so myself, they were blinking yummy, and then made next week's soup as above. :A

Still coughing like there is no air in my lungs

Off for an early night and off to docs tomorrow as cannot continue, not ill just worn out from coughing. Chest feels really tight.

So here is the picture I promised. :rotfl:

I hope both you and missrir feel better soon. The doctor should give you something that sorts it out.

Hello, not saying anything about coughs, but that picture is now a desktop image on one of my screens at work - do you think they will take the hint?
Was bought lunch today, chose fish and chips but regret it as it was so greasy.
