Caught: Agent threatening student tenants

Someone is out of a job..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
This is the reason that, as a LL of 14 properties, I will NEVER use agencies.
This is an extreme example, but if someone walked into a property that I was paying for each month and told me to (edited by admin) off, they’d rapidly be leaving.....by the window!💙💛 💔0 -
I'd like to get my hands on him, uncouth little upstart. I like students.0

Shocking, assuming it's accurate. This shows the agent not the landlord threatening tenants, though, doesn't it?
Surely threatening violence is simply criminal (assuming an accurate recording - at the end the agent threatens to not the tenants effing head off, and then helpfully confirms that they are threatening them). Hopefully the police are involved.0 -
Totally shocking. Good on the student for doing something about it.0

Hopefully, someone is going to get their collar felt soon...."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

This makes me think of a thread I recall about a uk landlord, can't remember the details but the name sunnil or similar springs to mind0

From facebook posted on Friday
Property-People Belfast
We have been made aware of a YouTube video alleging unprofessional conduct by an unnamed member of our staff in an unidentified property. While we have not received any direct complaints about this alleged incident, we take these allegations very seriously and are currently investigating the veracity of these claims.
We subscribe to the Property Ombudsman’s professional code of conduct and expect all our staff to behave in a professional manner."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0 -
Incredible.
I presume Property People will be instructing their solicitors to initiate libel proceedings against youtube.
If not someone needs to be jailed for this.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -

I hope they reported this to the PSNI as the guy threatened them and they have proof. They would log it just in case.Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p
It is not illegal to open another persons mail unless you intend to commit fraud - this is frequently incorrectly posted
I live in my head - I find it's safer there:p
