    Only happened a day or so ago, still going viral. The agency have issued a bland statement that they're looking into it.

    So what would the advice be for the tenants here?

    A letting agent has entered their property by breaking their door, tells them he can be there because he is acting on behalf of the landlord. Has the cheek to say that they can enter when they want and only say that they give 24 hours notice to enter out of f&&king decency!?

    According to youtube comments the police were at the letting agents offices today.
