Orange overcharging on data roaming
As we all know it pays to check your bills, dear old Orange have tried to overcharge me twice in the last month, I've been overseas twice and on both occasions bought a data bundle in advance. On both occasions Orange have cheerfully charged me for the bundle the charged me for all my data use (well within the bundle limits as well) and when phoned claim they can't understand how it has happened. Sure they have refunded the data charge to the next bill but I wonder how much they make from people who don't check their bill!

Thanks. A data billing error by Orange? That doesn't surprise me at all. This could also explain another question posted today in another thread.0
