I put the code in the box where it suppose to be and pressed "Update" but nothing changed. No e-voucher sent to me and no messages saying when it will be sent. Is anyone else experiencing the same?

AFAIK, that is standard and if you are one of the 10,000 you will get the £10 added to your account within 72 hours.

Same here, I did it on a new account and an old one i had..... Still nothing

Perhaps it might have something to do with the T&C, which clearly state:

    7. The e-voucher will be transferred to the account within 72 hours.

Thanks to MSEs Mymerrywidow who in turn spotted it on HUKD - thanks to OP there largeryron

New and existing customers - enter code included under "How to Claim" section in the above link

For existing customers, to enter the code, after you log in, go to the Personal Details tab under your account on the left hand side, and there is a box to fill in, then click on update

It would have been good if you had posted a link to Mymerrywidows post so that we could have thanked them for the original post.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
