thanks all, I should have specified about the issue. that will teach me to try & do 5 things at once! I also just had the page refresh & no conformation. hopefully it will register it. having logged in & out of my account the code still appears... so must have registered somewhere I hope!

I have already got the £10 added just click on my vouchers or something on the same side as personal details and it shows it there.

thanks OP! i registered with a new account and i got a page saying i will receive confirmation of the £10 voucher to my email account, can take up to 72 hours. HTH

You get an email confirmation within 72 hours that its successful. Thats what has happened with the last 2 e-vouchers I have had

Doing the same for me, in fact I pressed 'update' twice. Just checked emails and not there yet although I realise its probably too early.
There loyalty points system is not working either. We have booked 3 train journeys since 28th April, all through RSH and nothing is showing. Emailed for some clarification, although I do recall reading sometime in April that they were experiencing difficulty with the points system so I am looking forward to their answer. Sally

You also need to edit the code mentioned in Browntoa's post.
