Thanks for this, I've just done it and then gone into my evouchers and it was already posted there. DD will be very grateful.

Did you register/enter a code for a similar promotion last time? Could the vouhcer have been from a previous offer?

These vouchers take from 24 - 72 hours to appear in your account.

Wonder if someone could offer me some advice.

I'm trying to buy some train tickets for hubby but it says he has to pick it up at a Self Service Ticket Machine at the station and thats the only option but in the T+C's it says this

Please do not pay for your tickets with an e-Card as these are not accepted by self service ticket machines.

I'm kinda confused as to how i can get the tickets as it looks like i cant pick them up but theres no other options???

I purchased a ticket on Tuesday and paid for it in full using my e-voucher from a previous promotion. when you have made your booking for collection at a self-service ticket machine at the station, you will be given a booking confirmation number, when you get to the station insert any credit/debit card into the machine (or if you have used a card to pay for part of the journey - use that) enter your booking confirmation number and the machine will print your tickets!!

Tick the box for first class post, then go and print off the email confirmation that will come into your in-box. There is no charge for first class post and if I have booked say before 2pm, they have always been delivered the next day. Obviously if its a weekend it takes a day longer. Hope this helps.

No charge for 1st class post?! Ooooh this is new! :D Should save me a minute or two at the station and it means I'm less likely to miss a train.

I was hoping i would be able to get it send in the post but the only option i get the the ticket machine. Is there a min spend to have it sent through the post??

Thanks Perranlady, i'm guessing an e-voucher and an e-card are 2 different things then, they know how to complicate things lol. Ill get 3 tickets and pay the extra on my card so i can use that.

Yes, I did this last night after buying tickets at the last minute. I just used any card, and then it asked me for the reference number.
