I added the code to my account and my mums. However I did mine first and have nothing. I then did hers and she has got it. So they must not be adding these in order of when people used the code.:mad::mad:

The last time this offer was on neither myself or hubby received the £10 in our accounts so I'm not too hopeful we'll get it this time either ! Nothing has appeared yet.....

It is certainly the case for tickets bought in my area (I have one in front of me, bought with my RSH account yesterday and collected at Temple Meads - my name Mr XXXXX is most definitely there!).

Whether it matters is another issue entirely. Is it the name of the passenger or the person buying the ticket? Would it be a problem if it wasn't Mr XXXX but Ms YYYY travelling? I don't know.

Well I have two sets of train tickets in front of me one set to London, one to Bristol. Bothe were posted out and neither has a name on the tickets. There is however a surname on the booking ref ticket.

Yippee for free train tickets! I just spent the last free £10.00 on 23rd April to go on holiday and now it's back baby!!

As for names...I checked the tickets we had for our holiday (collected them from the machine at the station) and they have my name on but to be completely honest, we could have traveled from Skegness to home, changing at Nottingham without any tickets at all, let alone a rail card, no one asked to see them for the whole journey on either train, and as fast as they go down the aisle when they do check tickets they'd have never noticed a name on a ticket, they often don't even take them off you to look at.

I don't think the name on the ticket means anything. I have been asked to show evidence I was the person named on the railcard once before when two inspectors came round, I suspected they were doing some kind of survey or spot-check that day, I showed my Visa and the name matched and that was that.

Checked this morning and £10 is also showing in my account and my partners. Even better we still have our £10 and £5 vouchers from previous offers so have £25 each waiting in our accounts to use. :j Thanks OP for pointing out this offer. :T

If you can remember, have you any idea what day you actually applied. It might give those of us who have applied and got nothing some hope!!! Thanks - Sally

It was on thursday 10th May at about 8pm if that is any help. I hope you get £10 added soon Good luck to all those still waiting.

My partner and I have not received a confirmation email either but the amount was showing in our accounts this morning so I would keep checking because it may just appear.
