Was ment to be taking little miss divadee to a theme park today, got up really early (after over-sleeping cos of the clocks going forward) still up at 7.15 though. I emailed to complain about this during Easter Sunday evening. Explained that I had to go overdrawn on my Cahoot Current account to get access to cash, AND THEY WILL BE PAYING FOR MY OVERDRAFT FEES!!!!

Haven't heard back from them yet but have had a credit to my bank acount for FIFTY QUID, "WITH OUR APOLOGIES".

Very happy. Barclays rocks!
