Excel have sacked their solicitor after several embarrassing losses and only winning default judgements, which result in, NO MONEY !.
So behind every story lies the truth, the "fines" are unenforceable and so they shall just employ local solicitors to write nasty letters, who will then, GET SUED FOR HARASSMENT ! :rotfl:
