Get on the article and get your comments on, this prat has used the paper to spread his bile, please use the comments to turn it around in his face so he actually looses money from people reading up.
WE must NOT let him get away unchallenged.
This is what we have been waiting for, get those comments on ASAP .

How much was David Walsh paid to produce and publicise that twaddle? Or, was he promised a percentage from all the revenue Excel hope to generate (extort through intimidation ) from those drivers who aren't MSE savvy read that article and believe "If it's printed in black and white it must be true"! and consequently pay up?
Surely any responsible and ethical journalist would have done some research before submitting that article? Would he be guilty as an accessory (before the crime) to extorting money through threat and intimidation?
Don't know the journalist and don't read the paper.
ETA- Maybe that should/could be "Aiding and abetting"0 -

Reading the Sheffield star, is like spoting a relevent or truthful story competition. It really is a useless paper.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Oh dear - obviously getting a real hire powered lawyer for the amount their paying
They have only sent me one begging letter since the put some rubbish under the wiper in february - Maybe I will get something from the successful applicant?0 -
I see some plonker, probably a PPC goon, over there is referring to us as anarchists.
Here's a tip: anarchists are against the rule of law. We're not. We're against those who lie about their legal status.0 -
"""Well I ignored all the ones you stuck on my car, the demands added up to nearly £3000, you got £0, all you did was send nasty letters and when that failed forged court papers. My great crime was having a disabled son and using a disabled space to park in, Excel said our badge did not count because it was another council area, my solicitor said blue badges dont even count at all on private land, she also informed me that ypur fines were in her words "forgeries" that can not be enforced in court. I Ignored Excel and there threats and I will ignore any solicitor they employ as well, unless they fancy a spanking in the court room ? I game if Excel are. I do agree with the other posts as well, why are you allowing your newspaper to serve as a free advertisement for this company, I do take it the article is an advertising article or is the journalist really that stupid that he does not know the difference between a real parking fine and a fake one issued by bogus companies such as Excel."""
Where do Excel get the plonkers who make this up? Even councils accept blue badges from other councils. Well done the poster for ignoring them.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
Parkingperky must be some kind of half wit. (apparently he runs Combined Parking Solutions. This is what he wrote:
"About time, although it's taken that fool Renshaw-Smith long enough to tell the courts what they should be doing. Now we'll be able to get all our legal charges paid and see an end to this ignore everything crap. Every case I've taken to court has been won. As soon as we can hold the registered keeper responsible, whoever was actually driving, we;ll be able to issue fines to whoever we want, and there'll be nothing anyone can do about it."
Is this plonker serious? Would love to send this to every Magestrate in the land.
And my reply:
Quote from Parkingperky
"we;ll be able to issue fines to whoever we want, and there'll be nothing anyone can do about it. "
OK Parkingperky listen very carefully. You never have and never will be able to issue "fines" to anybody. but it's good that you make these comment then all the readers can see just what kind of person and company you are. Because in reality your just a con man praying on vunerable peopleHi Ho Silver Awayyyyyyyyyy0 -
Turns out :
Excel have sacked their solicitor after several embarrassing losses and only winning default judgements, which result in, NO MONEY !.
So behind every story lies the truth, the "fines" are unenforceable and so they shall just employ local solicitors to write nasty letters, who will then, GET SUED FOR HARASSMENT ! :rotfl:Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I have spoken to David Walsh about Excel today. It was quite constructive. He asked me about the 23 judgements that Excel have passed to him. I said to him, I bet these are all default judgements. If they were they would most likely be at northampton. He.said if this was the case he would put up.another article.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
