Yeah thought that is what it was. They have messed me around too much to get their fees back.
Bit vindictive really to be honest. Not the seller's fault it didn't arrive, asking you to fill the form in isn't that bad (if the seller didn't ask you to do, RM would have when they claim) and a lot of sellers follow RM guides on 15 days without releasing it's a bit too long really.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -

I don't think it's vindictive at all - if a buyer feels like this, then sellers should understand how they tick and act accordingly.
