"Simply electronics" good or bad

I have now received this from the company :
"We can confirm that your order has been received successfully. Most of our orders are normally shipped within 2-4 business days. Your order is within lead time and will be shipped at the soonest available opportunity."

How can they send me this - some 4 days after taking the money from my account - customer service is lacking somewhat.......(according to the website - they send everything straight away and their service is second to none)
This is worrying me - if necessary and I need to resort to "chargeback" - is NATIONWIDE going to pay out ?
